Modelica is an object-oriented and equation-based modeling language designed for convenient
component-oriented modeling of heterogenous complex technical systems, e.g., systems containing mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, thermal, control, electric power or process-oriented subcomponents.
Modelica is maintained and developed by the non-profit, non-governmental Modelica Association.
